But I really cannot contain my craving for it.

EGGs BENEDICT!!

I look up some receipe for it. Well actually only one.hahahhahahaha
Below is one of the simplest and easiest method that I (assumed!) haaaaaa

Wella...........Bon appetit~~

See the yolk contained inside the egg white. So bouncy one.
And when the egg yolk ooze out..... it is really ..........a seduction of calling me to
EAT IT!!

Generally I'm not a breakfast person and if i can wake up early enough to put myself at the breakfast table,
I will always choose the oriental choice.
But if you put a ba chor mee and an eggs benedict for me to choose.
I will surely choose the latter! haaaaaaaa cuz i like the semi charred muffin.
I like the filling to be smoked salmon instead of ham!! Which one do you prefer?
