September is coming to an end.
This means that Mid-Autumn Festival is around the corner.
Me and A met up and head off to Johor Bahru.
We were pacing around City Square for some Mooncake-tasting.
As me, im quite buai paiseh one when i really want to buy something, i must make sure that it's up to my expectation.
So we tasted some mooncake from Season, Lavender and some other wulu pa liao shops la.
Fyi, kerry told A that Lavender is one of the famous bakery in Malaysia. Came to know about it after we were back to Singapore.
Totally not a fruitful trip.
I'm quite a fan of yam flavour foodies.
Drop by the Lavender booth and saw the Yam Flavour mooncake.
Decided to give it a try since the boxes of samples are on the counter.
Im not a greedy person, so i practically only tried flavour that i like and have the intention to buy.
Thus, i only tried the yam and one other flavour.
Im like some mooncake critics la.
trying to tell A how i feel after every taste.
Then suddenly after trying 2 tiny pieces, which is even smaller than the nail on our pinky, the guy suddently keep all the samples.
ROLL EYES !! not as if i try alot can.
he is like practically in front of me... PIAK close and keep eh.
So speechless. I immediately look at A.
He returning me his eye contact, and i start telling stuff like
"why ah why ah. i eat alot mah. why once i finish trying they piak and keep it"
Blacklist! haa
Anyway we manage to brought some stuff homes.
like durain sponge cake, shampoo. ok thats all la.
seem like all my stuffs, A is just a helper hahahahahaha
Btw they were also selling some doraemon and hello kitty mooncake.
